The website of the Niten Institute aims to transmit information about the universe of samurai sword arts and Japanese culture to students of the Institute and to those interested in general. This site reserves the right to transmit only what is in accordance with its proposals, guaranteeing the seriousness of its content. In respect of this same right to propagate and endorse only what is recognized as approved by the Institute´s management, we reserve the right to reply. The texts on this site are subject to correction and do not necessarily reflect the views of the traditional schools with which we have links.

The articles of authorship of the Niten Institute can be reproduced, quoted and distributed freely, provided that this is done for free. We only request that the address of the source be disclosed. Other authors´ articles - listed in the Bibliography of this site - are protected by copyright. The quotations are made according to the permission of Article 46 of brazilian Law 9.610 on Copyright. Materials of United States origin are cited under the authority of the Fair-Use Statute United States Code, Title 17, Section 107. The Niten Institute respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been violated, please contact us so that this can be remedied.

To better protect the privacy of its visitors, Instituto Niten undertakes not to disclose the personal data of those who contact us and register in our newsletter. We also agree not to send spam, and we restrict ourselves to only responding to questions and requests that are sent to us via email. The Niten Institute sends its registered members only their Newsletter, EGAN, to those who have opted to receive it, or in an attachment to an answer to questions sent by email or our form.

The Niten Institute website is developed by the Institute´s management team. We thank all the students and friends who contributed and added some of their energy to the site.
